Garlic, Oil and Chilli Pasta - Original Recipe
Let's prepare this "timeless" dish together, with 3 simple ingredients and a unique and unmistakable flavour.

Ingredients:

> 320g of spaghetti
> 4 cloves of garlic
> 2 fresh chillies
> Extra virgin olive oil (OlioAsta)
> Salt to taste
> Fresh parsley

Pasta with garlic, oil and chilli pepper - Method

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil to cook the pasta.

In the meantime, in a large pan, fry some thinly sliced garlic and sliced fresh chili peppers with plenty of extra virgin olive oil.

When the garlic starts to turn golden, turn off the heat.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain it and pour it into the pan with the garlic, chilli pepper and Asta oil.

Stir the pasta well, adding a little of the cooking water if necessary.

Serve the pasta hot and garnish with coarsely chopped fresh parsley.

Add a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil before serving.
